What are the Minimum Order Requirements?

Custom Printed Products usually need 500-1,000 pcs MOQ. VidoAir Pneumatics and Best Quality Marine Products can be ordered in quantities as low as 10 pcs (download the relative catalog for details). How long will my order take to get delivery?

The first step is a quote which can take from one to ten days after your inquiry. If custom tooling or samples are required, that normally takes 15-45 days. Once samples are approved, the production takes an additional 15-45 days. Shipping times vary depending on service and add another 15-45 days. Total time from inquiry to delivery from 50 days to 150 days. All good things take time!

What are the order payment terms?

We build to order. Our standard terms are 50% down with the order and 50% when the order is ready to ship.
